PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / January 7, 2016 / A leader in sustainable glycol technologies, GlyEco, Inc. ("GlyEco" or the "Company") (OTC: GLYE), announced today that the Company has completed the integration of its field operations technology throughout its growing retail automotive footprint.

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Grant Sahag, commented, "We began the process of developing with our technology partners the ability to quickly absorb customers into our direct delivery operations, smart route their locations, and develop product volumes consistent with our customers needs." Mr. Sahag continued, "As we continue to witness growth throughout our footprint, our technology, which we have named "The Platform," will serve our direct sales and direct delivery team, accept onsite payments, and in the near future, deliver lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM). We believe our continued dedication to our platform will allow us to expand our quick to partner opportunities in the national automotive retail industry and to manage these with higher margins. We continue to be dedicated to automating our systems for quality, field operations, and customer service."

Executive Vice President of Sales, Todd Smith, added, "We believe these recent enhanced field technologies are in line with a number of our 2016 companywide goals. Our footprint requires that we continue to advance an institutional approach to managing our six facilities and to optimize their revenues, margins, and asset wear while supporting our growth. Our field technology will support our growth by creating analytics on our customer reach, counts, and volumes, plus it will reduce any latency between a new customer award and direct servicing that customer. Our next beta will allow our Company to accelerate payments, guarantee customer support times, capture leads, and generate initiatives. We expect to expand our reach in 2016 and beyond, and with this expansion, we must remain consistent with our operations, quality, and customer service. We do not simply strive for the highest quality glycol products; we also want to exceed our customers' service expectations, ease of use, and predictability."
