Jace Simmons Joins Truckload Carrier's Management

DANBURY, CT / ACCESSWIRE / January 20, 2016 / Integrated Freight Corporation (OTC PINK: IFCR), a niche motor freight carrier providing transportation and logistics services on key routes throughout the United States, today announced that its board of directors has appointed Jace Simmons as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Simmons brings over thirty years of CFO-level experience in diverse business segments including both mid and large-cap public companies. With a career that includes M&A, strategic planning, and capital formation in high-growth environments, he will be an excellent "fit" with the IFCR team.
