Hollywall Entertainment has purchased Crazy for the Boys, LLC and all of its assets, including all rights to the intellectual property of the pop girl group "Drama Drama", and over thirty original master music and video recordings.

Hollywall Entertainment Inc. has agreed to acquire Crazy For the Boys, LLC in a stock and cash transaction valued at $10 million.

The Crazy For the Boys brand specializes in tween marketing across a multitude of media platforms and launches the Hollywall Production Division. Hollywall's Production division expects to generate revenues from sales of recorded music, DVDs, motion pictures, music publishing, live performances, licensed merchandise and corporate sponsorships. Hollywall Productions will focus on providing family entertainment content to the tween market, consisting of children between the ages of eight to fourteen years old. This demographic represents a significant opportunity for companies who are successful in marketing to the tween demographic. Currently there are over thirty five million tweens in the United States alone. Over the last decade the tween population has grown at twice the rate of the overall U.S. population. Aggregate spending by U.S. tweens was over $30 billion in 2013 and is expected to grow to $41 billion per year over the next three years. In addition, tweens influence a staggering $270 billion of their parents' spending. The biggest segments of tween spending are clothes, music, toys, hobbies, video games and entertainment.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Hollywall Entertainment, Inc. is Hollywall-CFTB Company which will be headed by industry vet Brian Lukow, the co-creator of Billboard's #1 selling boy band, Dream Street.

Brian Lukow commented, "Our business model is based on leveraging the film, Crazy for the Boys, as a highly entertaining movie that will launch the character driven music pop group Drama Drama. The environment is ripe to build entertainment brands for the lucrative tween market by combining traditional media along with social media for today's savvy generation of kids. The accessibility of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other popular social media outlets has made the world much smaller and the market much larger.  We look forward to working with Darnell Sutton and the Hollywall team. Together we believe we have the perfect infrastructure in place to reach critical mass and provide superior entertainment for today's youth on a global basis."

Hollywall Entertainment's, President and CEO, Darnell Sutton, states, “ Hollywall's ever growing reputation as a developer of high- quality family entertainment, has been greatly enhanced by the acquisition of this very exciting brand. It continues our strategic focus on creating and monetizing the world's finest content, innovative technologies and global growth to drive long term shareholder value. Crazy for the Boys reflects the extraordinary passion, vision and creative storytelling of its most innovative founder, Brian Lukow. We are honored and thrilled to join forces with Brian and his very talented team to continue to deliver exceptional content to audiences around the world."

ABOUT CRAZY FOR THE BOYS

Crazy for the Boys is a modern day "Grease" based on the fictionalized back-story of five girls who comprise the group "Drama Drama". The movie is a perfect teen "coming of age" musical dramedy completely capturing the nuances of High School: bullying, teen angst, unrequited love, and peer pressure. The movie will help put a face and personality on the five group members. In addition, the movie will serve as a 100 minute commercial to help Drama Drama reach critical mass with tweens. It will also provide Hollywall with an abundance of unique content for social media and viral marketing including several fully edited professionally produced music videos. The movie release will feature a full soundtrack/album, Drama Drama's instantly likable pop songs and infectious choreography.

About DRAMA DRAMA

Drama Drama is a five girl character driven Girl Group like the Spice Girls. The group was cast from a professional talent pool lead by casting agent Janie Snow of Krisha Bullock Casting, the agency responsible for casting many of Nickelodeon's biggest shows like iCarly and Victorious.

The characters in Drama Drama represent a distinct cross section of popular teen personas such as: a preppie cheerleader, a punk rocker, a tough biker chick, a hip-hop princess and a modern day flower child. An overriding theme to the group is the celebration of individuality, as each character is markedly different. The underlying social message is anti–bullying.

Drama Drama has over 30 completed, fully mixed company owned original master recordings of pop songs produced by some of the industry's top hit makers who combined have sold in excess of 100 million records.
