(TSXV: SMP) ("Strata" or the "Company") is pleased to announce, in preparation for the strategic transaction announced on May 11, 2015, in which Strata Minerals Inc. will change its name to beckettbank Corp., the following Board and management changes, all effective July 13, 2015:
Hugh Agro has resigned from his position as Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO;
Peter Kozicz has resigned from his position as Director;
Adam Rochacewich has resigned from his position as CFO and Corporate Secretary;
Richard Kelertas will remain a Director of the Company;
Jim Steel has been appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO;
Bob MacBean has been appointed CFO, Corporate Secretary and Director;
Jason Bahnsen, former President, CEO and Director of Strata, has been re-appointed as Director, and
Adam Szweras has been appointed Director

About the Incoming Management Team
Jim Steel, MBA, P.Geo, Chairman and CEO, is the Senior Vice President - Mining for Eloro Resources Ltd. Prior to Eloro he was Director, Geology & Metals for Genivar (now WSP Group plc). His experience also includes VP and Portfolio Manager for TD Asset Management with co-manager responsibilities for the TD Greenline Precious Metals and Resource Funds, and initial investment analysis for all Funds for Latin America, Africa, and Australia. Prior to that, he was Senior Mining Analyst at Newcrest Capital Inc. in Toronto, and Mining Analyst at Ord Minnett Stockbrokers Ltd, in London, UK. He is a Professional Geoscientist in Ontario, and as a geologist played an integral role in the discovery of the Ujina Copper Deposit in Chile, now in production. He speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
Bob MacBean, CPA, CMA, MBA, BA Sc., P.Eng. CFO, Corporate Secretary and Director, is a seasoned insightful financial executive, team builder, and business leader with international market development skills. He has had extensive experienced in dealing with public and private company Boards as a Board member, executive and advisor. His diverse industry experience includes executive and advisory positions with companies in the SaaS and Software Development, Renewable/Clean/Alternative Energy, Environmental/CleanTech Products, Multimedia Content, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Mechanical Contractors, Architecture, and Training Program Development & Delivery sectors. He is currently the CEO and CFO of Environmental Waste International Inc. (TSXV: EWS). Previous to this he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Energy Advantage Inc. and previous to this CFO of Selient Inc. (TSXV). Bob's volunteer work includes designing an award winning United Way Campaign and being Vice Chairman of UNICEF, Ontario for three years.
Jason Bahnsen, BSc Eng., MBA, Director, is the former President, CEO and Director of Strata. He is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience in mine development and operations, corporate finance, and capital markets. Jason has been involved in the mining project development in Canada, Indonesia, Mongolia, USA and Australia and has worked for a number of major international mining companies including Rio Tinto. Jason has over 10 years of investment banking experience, including Deutsche Bank where he was Head of Mining & Metals - Asia. As an investment banker Jason has led natural resource transactions of over $10 billion in value. Jason has a B.Sc. in mining engineering from Queen's University in Canada, and an MBA from the University of New England in Australia.
Adam Szweras, LLB, Director, is a securities law partner with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto and Chairman of Foundation Markets, a Toronto Merchant Bank and Exempt Market Dealer. His law and banking practice focuses on financings and going public transactions. Adam represents several mid-market public companies and assists companies in listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Toronto Venture Exchange. He also represents brokerage firms as legal counsel and has helped numerous clients with M&A and cross border transactions. Mr. Szweras acts as a director and officer for several public and private companies and often acts as a strategic advisor to his clients. He has authored numerous papers and articles relating to Canadian and foreign securities and corporate law and is a past editor of "Canadian International Lawyer" as well as the Canadian Bar Association "Globetrotter".
