Azarga Uranium Closes $3.0 Million Private Placement

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / March 21, 2019 / AZARGA URANIUM CORP. (TSX: AZZ, OTCQB: AZZUF, FRA: P8AA) ("Azarga Uranium" or the "Company") has closed its non-brokered private placement announced on 13 March 2019 for gross proceeds of C$3,014,391 through the issuance of 13,106,046 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.23 per Unit (the "Financing"). Institutional investors subscribed for the large majority of the Financing.

Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (each, a "Share") and one-half of one Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). One Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Share of the Company at a price of C$0.31 per Share for a period of three years from closing. The Shares issued in connection with the Financing are subject to a four-month and a day hold period. The Financing is subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX").

In connection with the Financing, the Company paid cash finder's fees of C$7,486.
