In addition, the Company wishes to announce the completion of a non-brokered private placement of 7,920,000 units at a price of CDN $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of US $300,000, with each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire a common share at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of 5 years. The common shares and warrants bear a four month hold period from the date of issue.
