After not increasing the regular cash dividend payment level for the previous three quarters as a matter of prudence due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The United Bancorp, Inc. Board of Directors approved this special cash dividend based on the Company's continued solid earnings and strong capital position. Inclusive of the first quarter dividend payments of $0.2425, United Bancorp, Inc. has paid cash dividends of $0.67 over the course of the trailing twelve months compared to total cash dividend payments of $0.555 for the preceding trailing twelve-month period ending in the first quarter of last year, an increase of 20.7%.
