NORCROSS, GA / ACCESSWIRE / June 15, 2021 / Success is nothing new for the IT consultants and education experts at IBEX. The Georgia-based enterprise has shown a consistent track record of excellence throughout the near-decade that it has been operating.
Most recently, IBEX has made it onto the list of 40 companies to receive the Georgia Fast 40 award. The company is looking forward to celebrating the distinguished recognition at the upcoming outdoor award ceremony at Buckhead's Atlanta History Center.
The Georgia Fast 40
The Georgia Fast 40 is a group of private companies selected by the Atlanta National Chapter of the Association for Corporate GrowthⓇ (ACG). The organization consists of more than 700 members, all of whom operate in executive positions in their businesses. The ACG's primary objective revolves around the mantra of "driving middle market growth."
Each year the ACG membership selects and honors the top 40 businesses that have shown a consistent pattern of growth. The candidates are chosen from across many sectors, including healthcare, financial, manufacturing, and logistics. The requirements for nomination include the following:
- Headquartered in Georgia;
- For-profit;
- Show at least three years of excellent revenue figures; and
- Demonstrated three-year track record of impressive employee growth.
In the case of the 2021 nominees, the honor is even more noteworthy, as it naturally implies that each company continued to see robust growth throughout the pandemic. This led Michelle Galvani, chairperson of the Georgia Fast 40 Awards, to point out that this year companies reported, "by far the biggest challenge is tightness of the labor market."
In other words, companies vying for this award had to overcome the challenges posed by a shortage in available labor - likely precipitated by the pandemic. Each company on the list managed to achieve the required growth numbers, in spite of the ongoing crisis and labor shortage.
For IBEX to make the list is a unique honor that underscores the success the organization has realized despite a challenging year. IBEX Founder and President Tracey Grace shared, "COVID was a tough year, not just because of business disruption but because our team was impacted. We had to band together and take care of one another. Not only did we survive, but we thrived." Upon receiving the award, Grace explained, "It's a testament to our teams' hard work and efforts over the past few years."

IBEX's goal throughout its business practices has always been to help its clients grow in value, increase profits, and promote sustainability. The firm has worked with many high-profile federal agencies and organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control, Department of Defense, and NASA.
This is not the first time that the skyrocketing IT company has made headlines, either. IBEX also landed on Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America three consecutive years in a row, from 2018 to 2020. In the most recent of those lists, the company ranked in the top 1000 entries, with its position largely thanks to the company's nearly 600% growth during that time frame. In the past, IBEX also received American Express's 2015 "On the Rise" Government Contractor of the year award.
The IBEX employee family looks forward to celebrating its continued success. However, Grace's team knows that this isn't the end of the road. On the contrary, the IT experts are well aware that the past decade is just the beginning of the long, exciting, and prosperous IBEX story.
