SAN FRANCISCO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 28, 2022 / It's difficult to attain greatness if we coast our comfort zones. Do More Fitness, a rapidly growing empire in Miami founded by former collegiate and pro-baller, Rashaad Slowley, seeks to remind others that time is inevitable, and the only way to progress is to step outside of our comfort zones. Building on years in personal training and athletic coaching circuits, Do More Fitness supplies southern Florida with steel-plated strategies in fitness and personal tenacity. As our definition of self-care and the spaces we inhabit to nurture those terms continues to change shape, we look to entities like Do More Fitness that can help us tap into new realms of fitness that we never knew we were capable of achieving.
Do More Fitness is all about versatility and meeting people where they are, and implements having a healthy mind and body as a lifestyle. The wellness brand has coached a variety of individuals from different phases in life. Do More Fitness believes in the power of consistency and maintaining a drive, because even if we've reached our defined finish line, there's always more road ahead that could be discovered.
Slowley grew up as an athlete and attended Southern Connecticut State University, eventually pursuing a career in the NFL and representing the New York Giants and the Calgary Stampeders in his rotation. Throughout his professional development, Slowley retained the strongest advice he had ever received from his mother growing up, which called for consistent progress. Even when Slowley would succeed, his mother followed with a "what's next?" This expectation to be better and do more with your achievements stuck with Slowley even after leaving the NFL, where he embarked on his own game of self-made success and life after pro-ball. Doing more is not so much a call-to-action, but a lifestyle in its own right.
Do More Fitness builds off of existing clientele that generated a following in New York, staying loyal all the way to Miami. Beginning with Equinox in SoHo, the brand transitioned to Performix House in Union Square leading up to the pandemic, where things temporarily moved to virtual domains. Those of the Do More Fitness community are of the long-term variety, consulting with personal goals and keeping momentum even after those goals are met.
Additionally, the company partnered with Rhone to release an exclusive line of apparel for performance-based merchandise in support of the brand's vision.
Throughout the pandemic there were many adversities one faced in launching a business. After creating an LLC in July of 2020, Do More Fitness was quick to secure new clients. At the top of 2022, the company was recognized by Men's Health Magazine and included on the "Men's Health Home Gym Awards" list, tipping a cap to exceptional use and design of a home gym. Additionally, Slowley was a mentor for Justin Inman as part of the Men's Health Strength and Diversity program.
Services continue to expand through Do More Fitness, with a goal of introducing more exciting merchandise and reaching new clients in the coming months. At Do More Fitness, it's more than just scales and metrics. The act of doing more is a lifestyle, and we simply ask ourselves, "what's next?"
