NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESSWIRE / April 6, 2023 / Employee Pooling, LLC (EP) announced last week the appointment of Steven Lacher to its leadership team as President of Employee Pooling's Insurance Division. The appointment follows a steady surge in EP's Business Development, thanks to Lacher's steadfast commitment to building and strengthening customer relationships and growing sales.

Lacher will be directly in charge of EP operations and managing its 160+ national account relationships. He will continue to focus on expanding national sales activity alongside other members of the leadership team.

Tom Gray, founder of Employee Pooling, will remain CEO and will continue to manage strategic initiatives. "Steven has earned this promotion. Since joining EP as VP of Business Development in September 2020, he has been instrumental in growing our sales almost 25% from year-end 2020 to year-end 2022, and we are projected to increase sales this year by 23%."

Lacher brings 25+ years of insurance experience to EP. He is a successful relationship builder and has worked closely with advisors, producers, and clients to create successful life insurance strategies in both the institutional and independent marketplaces. Lacher has demonstrated unprecedented leadership within EP and is committed to providing exceptional service and support and is dedicated to helping advisors and their clients find the right insurance solutions.

Lacher served as the National Accounts Manager for Capitas Financial and Vice President of National Account Sales since 2015. He began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1989. Prior to joining Capitas, he was Principal at Netstreet Brokerage - Midwest Division. Lacher has also held various roles with National Brokerage, ING/ReliaStar Life, Prudential and Northwestern National Life. He obtained a B.A. in Accounting from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
