The Certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator and Owner and Operator of Non-Attorney Divorce Service is proud to promote her newest work of nonfiction.

OAKLAND PARK, FL / ACCESSWIRE / May 30, 2023 / It is with much excitement and a great sense of accomplishment that Sean Gentile, Certified Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator and the Owner and Operator of Non-Attorney Divorce Service, announces the premiere of her newest work of nonfiction. ‘Invaluable Tips for Navigating & Succeeding with Family Court Processes as a Non-Attorney' is the latest addition to Sean's ever-expanding oeuvre of published books, and as its title indicates, is meant to serve as a guide for everyday people to better maneuver their way through the Family Court processes.

In one notable section of the book, Sean explains the importance of keeping detailed and up-to-date records throughout the entirety of the Family Court process, writing, "One way to ease your mind is to document incidents that you may need to recollect to use as evidence later. You may also use documentation to highlight your exemplary parenting skills. There are different forms of documentation to utilize. Remember to document the time and day and the nature of what happened." She then proceeds to list a few important items which would be wise to document, such as police reports, safety hazards, child counseling reports, vulgar language used around a child, or anything that might conceivably pose a threat to the child.

In another passage, Sean Gentile emphasizes the need for managing emotions while going through the Family Court process. "One way to manage emotions is to acknowledge what is going on," she states, before offering a real-world example to the reader. "If you feel sad or betrayed over a divorce, recognize your humanness and get some support. There are grief groups or counseling for that precious support during this trying time. In a grief group, a facilitator may reference important reading material in which the group participates as a whole."

‘Invaluable Tips for Navigating & Succeeding with Family Court Processes as a Non-Attorney' is available for purchase via the ‘Books' menu tab on Sean Gentile's professional website.

Outside of her work as an author, Sean Gentile and her team at Non-Attorney Divorce offer divorce mediation, document services, process serving, document filing, and all for very reasonable rates.
