Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BELOIT, WI / ACCESSWIRE / July 24, 2023 / Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:BHWB), (the "Company") the parent company of Blackhawk Bank ("the Bank"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock. Shareholders of record as of July 28, 2023, will be paid a dividend of $0.12 per share on August 11, 2023. This amounts to $0.48 per share on an annual basis and is the 37th consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the Company.
