CORONA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2024 / Olga L. Morales is celebrated for her service in the field of residential care since 2000. She has advocated for more than 60 clients and has risen in the field of supporting others. Ms. Morales's first job in the residential care sector began at Noah's Ark and Rainbow Group Home, where she assisted disabled adults for 16 years. Working with these clients showed Ms. Morales the importance of resilience. She was in awe of her clients, who managed themselves despite their disability. This began her illustrious work in the residential care field.
Beginning as an administrator at Noah's Ark and Rainbow Group Home, Ms. Morales is now an owner of Noah's Adult Home, The Geneva's Home, Calla Lily Residential Care, a chief executive officer at Calla Lily Residential Care and owner of Sunflower Residential Care, Sunflower ARF Inc. Beyond owning these facilities, Ms. Morales works directly with clients and handles day-to-day operations. She answers to patients who need her assistance, visits clients at their facilities to document information from doctor's appointments and supervises staff.
Ms. Morales is now the chief executive officer and founder of VIBRANT FC (Victory in Belonging, Resilience and Natural Transition Foster Children's), a nonprofit that empowers foster children by providing services they may need, such as financial education, personalized coaching and luggage for their items. After seeing foster children without any clothing except the ones they were wearing, it was important to Ms. Morales that she provide a way for kids to carry their belongings. This helps them feel a sense of self-esteem and value that is vital for their success as individuals. VIBRANT FC is seeking approval for tax exemption to continue supporting foster children. VIBRANT FC's goal is to motivate foster kids to dream big and accomplish outstanding achievements. It is crucial to the nonprofit that they create a world where each foster child feels valued and supported after using their program, designed for every child's success.
Obtaining a bachelor's degree in 1990 at Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University, Ms. Morales studied Russian language and literature. She pivoted degrees after receiving a master's degree in physics and mathematics at the same university two years later. After moving to the United States, her pastor at her local church noticed her natural inclination toward helping others, which led to Ms. Olga's entrance into residential care.
Since then, Ms. Morales has been nominated twice for the Kennedy Award as Best Care Provider in 1999 and 2003 at the Inland Regional Center. Her compassion for her clients has allowed her to serve as chief executive officer, owner, and administrator throughout her career. She owes her success to her helpful team, which has allowed her to expand her network.
Ms. Morales looks toward her future with great excitement for more opportunities to help individuals. Her distinguished career caring for others is notable and inspiring for anyone in residential care. She is now writing an autobiography in which she recalls her 24 years of service in the industry. Also caring for her four children, Ms. Morales is a proud mother who hopes to continue making incredible strides in her field while being a fantastic parent.
