Offering proceeds were used to acquire oil and gas production assets from Continental Resources Inc., located in the north-stack region of Oklahoma, covering Blaine, Kingfisher, Woods, and Alfalfa counties.
As the chief executive officer of Total Partners LLC since 2009, Mr. Thomas has helped shepherd the company to immense success. Under his leadership, Total Partners LLC orchestrates direct participation investments to private investors across diverse sectors. These investment opportunities include oil and gas, real estate, and venture capital.
Mr. Thomas is known for his adeptness in managing complex financial structures, overseeing over 35 separate investment entities, and providing accurate accounting and timely reporting to over 250 accredited investors involved in multiple ventures. The heart of the package is located within the Ames Astrobleme, a crater caused by a meteor striking the area 450 million years ago. There is sediment two miles deep covering the crater, and the town of Ames, Oklahoma, is approximately in the middle of the crater.

Mr. Thomas's academic background has been pivotal in his career trajectory. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from Oklahoma State University in 1972. As a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, Mr. Thomas remains aware of developments in his industry. He has maintained his Proprietary Real Estate Brokers License for over 35 years with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
Mr. Thomas has received several accolades for his accomplishments, including an Outstanding Young Man of America Award in 1985 and a Best of Business Award from the Small Business Community Association in 2015. For his military service, he was the Battalion Basic Training Honor Graduate at Fort Knox, Kentucky. In April 1973, he was awarded the American Spirit of Honor Medal from the United States Army.
