With more than 10 years of experience in women's health and a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Dolan is set to make a significant impact in her new role.
Dr. Dolan is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has been recognized for her contributions to medical research and education.

Dr. Dolan's extensive background in obstetrics and gynecology and dedication to healthcare innovation make her an invaluable asset to Women's Care Florida. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in improving patient outcomes and advancing medical practices. Since 2009, Dr. Dolan has served as an active-duty military officer and achieved the rank of Commander. After completing her residency, she was stationed at the US Naval Hospital in Yokosuka, Japan. She has held several leadership positions, including Vice Chair and Chair of the Junior Fellow group for the Armed Forces District of the American College of OB/GYN (ACOG). At the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in California, she served as the Complicated Cases OB Care Coordinator, Chair of the Operative and Invasive Procedures Committee, and ultimately, OBG Department Chair. Prior to joining Women's Care, Dr. Dolan worked at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville.
