$.10 per share cash dividend declared
HOLLYWOOD, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 18, 2023 / HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A)(NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.10 per share cash dividend payable on all shares of its Class A Common Stock and its Common Stock.
The dividend is HEICO's 91st consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979.
The dividend is payable on January 19, 2024 to all shareholders of record on January 4, 2024.
Laurans A. Mendelson, HEICO's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, along with Eric A. Mendelson and Victor H. HEICO's Board of Directors also set the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders for March 15, 2024. Shareholders of record on January 19, 2024 are eligible to vote on matters to be considered at the meeting.
